Andrea and Morgan's was one of the smaller weddings I have had the pleasure of shooting but it was super overflowing with love. These two were so adorable...they even made me cry when they said their vows- and I had just met them!!
The wedding ended up being postponed a week due to the expected hurricane but luckily everyone involved (including me) was available again the next weekend. The next Sunday rolled around and the weather did not look like it was going to cooperate then either. No problem! They adjusted to an indoors wedding and the rain let up enough to take some portraits outside and even some dancing later on!
I met up with Andrea and Morgan at the Jefferson Hotel here in Richmond for a first look. Andrea got to meet her groom by strolling down that big beautiful staircase! We took a few more pictures inside RVA's most well known hotel and then a few more outside. Luckily it was just warm enough that the misting rain didn't get in our way....you can definitely see the raindrops in the background of a lot of pictures though!
From there it was time to head over to the Brownstone across the street where they had a very intimate and incredibly sweet tiny ceremony surrounded by a handful of their closest relatives and friends....they even "facetimed" Andrea's family in from back home to be able to participate!
Andrea and Morgan...it was so nice to meet you both and be able to witness your sweet love for each other. Best wishes for many many years of happiness!
