Last Summer I spent an afternoon at Minimum Wage Studios with Progress Jazz Quintet for JazzRVA. This was the first meeting of this band (in this form...all of the musicians are seasoned pros here in Richmond that have been playing with different projects for years) and it was super fun watching them run through songs for their upcoming gigs. I always have fun hanging in the studio with bands and it had been way too many years since I had been at Minimum Wage (with the amazing Lance Koehler)!
